Friday, we have rehearsal 3:30-6:30pm. It is the home stretch before our first competition!
Picture day is on Tuesday!

🏥 BandAid Squad

Boosters are looking for someone to lead a small team managing the first aid backpacks and kits. Please contact May A. (vp.operations@cerritosrog.com) for more information.

🏃‍♂️ Athletic Clearance

All band and auxiliary students must complete Athletic Clearance before participating this school year.

THIS MUST BE DONE IMMEDIATELY! IT WAS ALREADY DUE!

✅ General Info

  • Done via HomeCampus.com

  • Required yearly for all student participants

  • Physicals must be dated April 1, 2025, or later

  • Allow up to 5 school days for processing

💲 Transportation Fee

  • Option A: $150 (includes ASB card)- Do this! You save money and get more for it!

  • Option B: $200 (transportation only)

  • Pay after being accepted into a team/unit at the ASB Office (cash or check)

📝 Clearance Process

  1. Visit HomeCampus.com → Choose California

  2. Login or create an account

  3. Start a new clearance for “Cerritos” and the correct year/sport

  4. Upload:

    • Physical form (signed, stamped, dated)

    • Medical history questionnaire

    • Optional: Student Vehicle Use form (if student will drive)

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once submitted

  6. Coaches will be updated once clearance is approved

📄 Physicals

  • Must be signed, dated, and stamped by a physician

  • Accepted from April 1, 2025 onward or within one year of completion

  • Kaiser forms are accepted if paired with our questionnaire
