🎗️ Band Banquet

Save the date!

Band Banquet will be Friday, May 15th this year. Information regarding ticket purchases will be sent out soon.

For now, save the date, and make sure you are there to celebrate our students this year!

🎢 Knott’s Berry Farm

We are working on a number of family events for over the summer. One of them would be a trip to Knott’s Berry Farm. We are planning on going as a group on June 6th and enjoying a day of fun, getting to know each other, and braving roller coasters together.

Before we book anything, we need to get a head count of interested parties.

Please fill out this form to let us know if you are interested in attending!

đź’µ Donations!

As a reminder, our “Fair Share” Assessment is the program’s suggested voluntary financial contribution that helps support the operational needs of our band and color guard program each year. These contributions help make possible the instruction, performances, and experiences our students enjoy throughout the season.

For the 2025–2026 school year, the suggested annual contribution was $800 per student. Percussion and Color Guard students have an additional $800 assessment to support the costs associated with their winter seasons, for a total suggested contribution of $1,600.

These donations directly support many essential program expenses, including competition and registration fees, coaching stipends, sheet music, food for students during long rehearsal and performance days, and transportation.

It is vital to the continued success of the program that everyone participates to the best of their ability.

As we move toward the end of the school year, we are asking families who have not yet had the opportunity to contribute to consider making a donation if they are able. Every contribution helps us continue providing the opportunities and experiences that make this program special for our students.

Thank you for supporting our band community and the students who make it so great.
